n Kεσ= (1) The material properties used in this study for steam generator tubes are listed in Table 1.
Generally the burst pressure from the plastic instability analysis is very sensitive to the material properties and element size and so on.
Table 1 Material properties of Inconel 600 for plastic instability analysis ysσ (MPa) utσ (MPa) K (MPa) ν n 261.0 652.0 2901.68 0.3 0.36 Second, the burst pressure is calculated for a damaged tube and the strength reduction factor is obtained from the following Eq. 2.
The discrepancy between experimental data is probably due to the differences in test methods and mechanical properties caused by different heat treatment and so on.
However the burst pressure for the Model 2 is not much affected by the increase of 2θ.

The objective is to determine basic mechanical properties of galvanized multiphase steel sheets with a thickness of 0.75, 0.80 and 0.85 mm by a single-axis tensile test, determine the effect of the punch-die gap on plastic phase depth [hv] expressed as the relation of hv to a0, and, finally, determine the effect of material properties of blanked sheet metal on blanked edge quality expressed as the relation of hv to a0.
Table 1 Chemical composition of experimental materials [%] Material C Mn P S Ti Si Al Cr Cu Ni M 0.004 0.415 0.042 0.004 0.037 0.1 0.035 0.031 0.011 0.017 T 0.204 1.683 0.018 0.003 0.009 0.2 1.73 0.055 0.028 0.018 Y, Z 0.02 0.25 0.02 0.02 0.3 Samples were taken for a tensile test to determine mechanical properties of the material under zero-, 45-, and 90-degree angle in relation to the direction of rolling.
Measured and calculated values of mechanical properties of experimental materials are shown in Table 2.
Therefore, its magnitude, regularity and stability become very important factors as the tool wears.
The experiment showed that, in the case of the tested sheet thicknesses, mechanical properties (yield strength, tensile strength, their ratio, and elongation) have no apparent effect on blanked edge quality, evaluated through the relation of hv to a0.

In thermo-mechanical affected zone, the change in grain size was not significant, however, large number of low angle grain boundaries were observed, which seems to be concerned with the formation of subgrains due to the development of dislocation cells.
The advantages of the solid-state FSW process also encompass better mechanical properties, low residual stress and deformation, weightsavings, and reduced occurrence of defects [1,2].
Microstructure evolution was observed at the three positions of weld zone (WZ), thermomechanically affected zone (TMAZ) and base metal (BM) as shown in Fig. 1.
The welding speed seems to be a decisive factor in determining the shape of TMAZ.
This result suggests that tool rotation rate is a decisive factor in determining the energy input rate from tool shoulder and probe to substrates.

Because of the existence of high stress in the surrounding rock of deep roadway, the physical and mechanical properties of the surrounding rock to change, and the surrounding rock stress distribution is very different from the shallow, so the way of shallow roadway support is not suitable for deep roadway.
Deep soft-rock roadway support is a complex systems engineering, it should consider the different geological conditions, roadway scope of application, construction technology conditions, construction period and the cost and other factors to determine the optimal combined support program, if the special geological conditions encountered in the construction, it should be timely to improve the supporting program to meet the construction safety and ensure the quality.
Roadway which is in a high stress environment, especially in the region which tectonic activity is strong, the residual tectonic stress is large and the engineering properties of rock mass bad, the deep roadway gradual emergence of the mine pressure behavior strongly, roadway deformation big and difficult to maintain and other phenomena, it not only results in production efficiency and economic benefit decline, and causes some damage to property, even threaten the safety of staff’s life in the underground.
Qiao Weiguo and other scholars (2011)[4]based on results of mineral composition analysis, rock’s mechanical property test and geological mechanics test of the roadway surrounding rock in Tangkou Coal Mine buried at a depth of over 1000 meter, bolting-grouting combined support scheme was proposed to the support design of deep swelling soft-rock roadway under high stress.
Summary Deep soft-rock roadway support is a complex systems engineering, it should consider the different geological conditions, roadway scope of application, construction technology conditions, construction period and the cost and other factors to determine the optimal combined support program, if the special geological conditions encountered in the construction, it should be timely to improve the supporting program to meet the construction safety and ensure the quality.

In addtion, it is one of the main control factors to hydrocarbon migration, accumulation and preservation.
With the further understanding, Scherer et al.came to realize that there are many factors affecting strata porosity variation, and depth is just the more important one of factors[7-10].
Liu(2007) deduced porosity dual function, depth and time as variable factors, from the visco-elastic stress-strain mode(Bingham model) under the conditon of constant speed burial[14].
Characteristics and causes of sandstone porosity evolution The influence with sandstone reservoir properties always attributes to compaction, cementation and dissolution.
Quantitative researches would solve dynamic problems in hydrocarbon accumulation, and relate different accumulation factors with accumulation process organically.
