The distribution models for shear waves have a relative adaptability to the geological conditions in the drilling path, according to the results of managing the drilling materials.
Poisson’s ratio, if elevated, might indicate saturated or weak materials.
Elevated Poisson’s ratio in these regions also supported the condition interpretations as saturated and deformable geologic materials.

Introduction Semiconductor nanoparticles display their fascinating electronic and optical properties as a consequence of their dimensional reduction, which makes them ideal candidate materials for the fabrication of nanometer-sized electrical and optoelectronic devices.
Due to this, we prepared a HgTe nanoparticles-poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) hybrid system to examine if this material acts as an efficient charge-transporting organic material for the enhancement of the photocurrent of HgTe nanoparticles.
To obtain HgTe-PVK hybrid materials, a 2-ml toluene solution, including HgTe nanoparticles, was mixed with 20-ml toluene dissolved in 0.01-g PVK.

Introduction Copper base alloys have been developed for the high performance conduction materials of a nuclear fusion reactor.[1] In order to apply the material for a nuclear power plants, it is necessary to evaluate materials properties under irradiation conditions.
Although various copper base alloys for the high performance conduction materials of a nuclear fusion reactor, little information is available about the properties such as mechanical and oxidation behaviors at post-irradiation condition, especially quasi-nano-filamentary composites.[2] In this study, irradiation effect on the mechanical properties and oxidation behavior of quasi-nano filamentary copper-silver composites were carried out by nano-indentation technique to evaluate various mechanical properties of irradiated composites for reduction of nuclear wastes and to establish an experimental method to analyze irradiated materials.

Experiments Material The wet NR sheet used in the experiment was provided by Hainan Tianbao rubber industry & trade Co.
As long as determined the intercept a and slope b at failure index condition, we could determine the equation and reckoned the life as the storage lifetime of material at given environmental temperature.
The slope b was calculated by equation (2) in thermogravimetric point slope method, while the intercept a was determined by thermal-oxidation ageing test of material at some temperature point, thus the whole equation and thermal-oxidation ageing lifetime of material was determined.
