Introduction The niobium(Nb) stabilized austenitic stainless steel AISI Type 347 and weld metal have been widely used as piping material in the nuclear and oil industries for their excellent corrosion resistance, good fabricability and adequate high temperature mechanical properties.
Results and Discussion J-R properties and microstructure.
Microstructural examinations were taken for the J-R test specimens from all three different Type 347 welds to investigate the factors affecting J-R fracture resistance of them.
Microstructural factors affecting the J-R properties of Type 347 welds.
These results show that Nb(C, N) acted as an inclusion in the other kinds of austenitic stainless steels and was the main factor responsible for the lower J-R properties of Weld 1 compared with Weld 2 and 3 was the higher Nb(C, N) precipitate content.

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films have being widely applied in various domains owing to their excellent optical and mechanical properties, chemical inertness and bio-compatibility[1,2].
In this paper, optical properties post irraditing by various laser energy were inverstigated.
However, the mechanism of laser-induced damage has not been entirely clear, as it is complex and associated with many factors.
In fact, many properties of films can be affected by laser irradiation, such as mechanical properties, surface morphology, microstructure and so on.
The optical properties before and after laser radiation were measured and compared.

The fabrication of successful, high-quality joints depends on crucial factors such as welding parameters, input variables, and material selection [1].
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the original sheets are available elsewhere [10].
The formation of these IMC compounds is significantly influenced by factors such as pressure, temperature, and strain rate.
This reduced strength in the aluminum-steel joint can be attributed to the presence or formation of the IMC layer, which negatively impacts the mechanical properties and overall performance of the joint.

The properties of CFRB and related adhesive see table 2-3 and table 2-4.
Moreover the construction quality is also the key factor that it can affect reinforcement.
(5)When CFRP reinforced beams withstand high loads, its bearing capacity is mainly decided by the adhesive and mechanical properties of the concrete, moreover the construction quality is also the key factor that can affect reinforcement effect.

Tool management database contains the tool number, tool type, manufacturer, rake angle, clearance angle, main edge angle, side edge angle, material, and the material properties such as hardness, tensile strength, material density, and melting point.
The workpiece Management database includes a set of information in workpiece material, workpiece name, type, manufacturer, workpiece dimensional features, and material properties.
Optimization Variable When the workpiece, tool, machine parameters are determined, the main factors affecting the productivity are the cutting speed, feedrate, depth of cut.
It is important to give appropriate weigh factor to each sub-objective problem based on the degree of importance.

We still only have a vague idea of the properties of rock and soil body with different structure and morphology.
To further understand the effect of structure and morphology of rock and soil body on its properties, we established a unit cell orthogonal model.
Few methods are now available to analyze the properties of rock and soil body with different structure and morphology so far.
Next, we will examine the properties and performance of such structure, in order to understand the impact of pores on material performance.
Influence of pore distribution and properties on structural performance As shown by the above analysis, the influence of pores on structural performance was mainly manifested as the changes of reduction factor along two directions.

This theory follows a traditional line of mechanical sciences and begins by defining a new material property, namely, the “strain-softening phase”.
It is known that the effective control of a material’s properties could be achieved by changing its structure.
Properties of Structural Elements For the purposes of carrying out a qualitative analysis of the softening process we have set reasonably rigid restrictions on the properties of the model specimen’s elements: 1. the elements whose diameters d0 are small in comparison with their lengths l0 are closely packed into a bundle, which models the material’s macroelement, and, while in the process of deformation, contact with (but do not press into) each other; 2. irreversible deformations of bars are negligible (a brittle fracture at the point ( ) in Fig. 1a), with elastic unloading occurring for two parts of a fractured bar, thus forming a microvoid and affecting intact bars by “spreading them without pressing”; 3. the moduli of elasticity Е and coefficients of lateral deformation are identical for every bar; strength properties are determined by the ultimate strength distribution density , defined on the interval [S1, S2] (Fig. 1b shows the uniform distribution density ).
The dependence of CSSD parameters on various factors related to the usage of constructions provides a common methodological database for scientists and practitioners studying their influence on product life.
The structural inhomogeneity determines the material’s synergetic properties and the possibility of equilibrium deformation during the strain-softening phase.

The cracks were formed by Vickers indentor on the surface of the hot-pressed laminate and the mechanical properties of the healed laminates were measured.
However, the mechanical properties of the laminate with 30- 45 vol% SiC fabric were not sensitive to the formation of cracks or healing.
In addition the influence of the fabric content on the mechanical properties was small as seen in Fig. 3.
The mechanical properties of the laminate without fabric were very sensitive to the cracks introduced by Vickers indentor.
The influence of fabric content (30-45 vol%) on the mechanical properties was small.

The development of numerical methods that are easy to algorithmize significantly affected the expansion of many fields of technology [7 - 10], including the methods of analysis and synthesis of vibration reduction [11 - 14].
Depending on the amplitude of vibration of the desired kinematic quantity the next graphs are being considered: of flexibility , of mobility or of accelerance : (4) If it is know the value of such amplitude then, using the graphical interpretation, showing the desired dynamic properties as dynamic characteristics, it is possible to determine the value of the coefficient [4].
For this it was used the problem of synthesis of vibrating mechanical systems.

Orthogonal experiments cannot proceed successfully in the case of interaction among factors [16].
To eliminate the effect of these factors, a modified coefficient of kc1.1, marked as Mc1.1 is proposed in Eq.9.
