The function rotor’s mixing mechanism of the mixing-extruding machine No matter what type of rotor, its’ shearing, stretching, tearing , rubbers reciprocating propulsion and folding on the shaft ,and so on,are produced by the force and the reaction between the rotors and the materials.
(a) (b) (c) Fig.2 The force diagram of the compound at the top of the rotor So, it should analyzes forces of the materials firstly for analysing the function rotor’s mixing mechanism [1].
In order to analysing the flow characteristic of the the compound, the research object of this article is the forces of the materials at the top of the rotor. the acting force of the compound from the rotor’s wing is a space normal force Fn.

Mainly used as plasticizers and softeners of plastics[1], also as the raw materials or intermediates of pesticides, insect repellents , cosmetics, fragrance products, lubricants and bubble agent.
In this study, the CdS QDs sensitized TiO2 nanotubes arrays were prepared and these materials were used to degrade the DMP in aqueous under sunlight irradiation.

Mixed flowing vibrating drying process
The mixed flowing vibrating drying process is shown in Fig.1, the wet materials are fed from the top of the system, dispersing materials due to the action of multi-layer drying screen, small particles less than the screen pore can drop down vertically, other coarse materials larger than the screen pore will move loosely and horizontally along the surface of screen and spilled into the next one.
Vertical thermal current contacts with materials through the air hole on the surface; horizontal thermal current slides among the screens with variable flow-rate and acts on the materials directly.
Thickness of the materials mixed with the hot air in the process after several times dry processes, most products are discharged from the bottom, a small amount of the dust goes into the dust collection systems, which will be also recycled as the final product. 1.

Sterilization is a mandatory process for such materials used in a range of medical applications, e.g., intraoperative guides or screening equipment accessories.
However, the effect of sterilization processes on the properties of materials used in medical devices is often ignored [1].
Materials and methods A composite material was prepared on the basis of carbon plain weave fabric reinforcement (T300 fibers, Toray, Japan) and PDMS matrix (Lukosil M130, Lučební závody Kolín, Czech Republic).

The time-hardening material model was therefore employed in the analysis presented in this paper
This is the last part of the pack to form and may be explained by the differences in the actual and predicted material behaviour at higher levels of strain.
As the Abaqus material model is unable to accurately model the softening of Ti-64 at high levels of the strain it results in that section of the pack being less inflated in comparison to the formed part.

For the current study a generic polystyrene material was used.
The material selected for the fabrication of the part was polystyrene.
Future simulations will focus on the optimization of injection molding operational parameters for various other materials so to expand the usage of the current prediction process and validate it, as needed, with actual injection molding operations.
