Introduction Cu-Al2O3 particulate reinforced composites have gained, in recent years, a great interest for the high potential of use in numerous applications as substitutes for traditional materials [1].
Experimental conditions Electrolytic copper powders of 99.7 % purity and Al2O3 powders having particle sizes less than 63µm and α Al2O3 of 99.6 %, purity were selected as starting materials and four reinforcing levels (5.0, 10.0, 15.0 and 20.0 vol.% Al2O3) for the investigated composites.
Conclusions The above presented research results prove the possibility to obtain, by the classical routes of powder metallurgy, Cu-Al2O3 composite materials of a compactness of over 94 %.

Materials and Methods The powders of the hexaferrite (BaXSr1-xFe12O19) used to compose the samples were obtained from mixing Fe2O3, BaCO3, SrCO3.
First, the materials were weighed in stoichiometric proportions, milled for 1 hour in a planetary mill of high energy at a speed of 370 rpm.

The flow distance of the material on the left and right sides of the part is significantly greater than the material flowing on the upper and lower sides, which indicates the material on the left and right sides flow easily.
The thickness of the blank is 1mm, the material is M1A367-A12.

Advanced materials and techniques all have their very specific temperature-place-time function T = (r,z,t) [4] but conventional furnaces - even the most sophisticated ones - have serious limitations on that function.
The superhigh temperature (ST) version has somewhat different parameters (only fourteen zones) since primarily it is designed for materials testing.
Temperature gradient and translation speed values are highly depend on the process temperature, sample size and materials used inside the cartridge.
Various materials like semiconductors, superalloys and shape memory alloys with very different technological parameters were grown successfully without any modification on the hardware [4].

It is one of the most promising materials for the fabrication of short-wavelength optoelectronic devices including blue-UV light-emitting and room-temperature UV lasing diodes [6].
Due to the versatile properties of ZnO, much progress had been made in the synthesis of various kinds of ZnO nanostructured materials.
In general, selective elements as dopant materials in ZnO can be classified into two groups of materials.
These different types of doping materials can exhibit different optical properties for ZnO due to the different treatments of Zn and O in the ZnO structure.
