Practical materials made by LIGA process via electroplating are limited to few metals such as nickel, copper, gold and their alloys.
These materials are hardly suited for applications requiring other physical properties such as high strength, hardness and stability at elevated temperatures or/and under oxidizing environment.
The ribs are glass matrix composite materials: glass matrix (PbO-SiO2-B2O3) filled with ceramic powders such as alumina and titania.

Materials are damaged usually from the interface of the inclusion and the matrix.
Because the physical characteristics of the material (elastic ratio, poisson ratio, coefficient of thermal expansion) and the mechanical properties of the material (elastic behavior, plastic nature) of inclusion and matrix are different relatively, the stress concentration in the interface of inclusion and matrix is caused under the external force.
Matrix material:ZG20Mn, its physical parameters are elastic modulus E1=2×105MPa,poisson ratio=0.26,yield stress=310MPa.

Froude and Weber were used as criteria for similarity for the water model of a prototype from Brazilian steel plant ( v: velocity, L: characteristic length, g: acceleration due to gravity, σ : liquid interfacial tension ): V2L g model = V2L g prototype ρ L V2σmodel = ρ L V2σprototype The above criteria, combined with material properties of water (25 oC) and liquid steel (1600 oC) given in Table 1, suggest a scale factor λ, equal to 0.6.

(a) (b) Figure 1.Three-dimensional CAD model of machine structure:(a)Main structure, (b)Cross-section of structure. 3.Static analysis of beam structure Actual structure of the machine design, it is necessary to reduce the weight of the beam and other large structures in order to save materials, reduce costs, while also able to ensure the machine has a good dynamic performance.
Therefore, in this type of beam structure in the design of structural dynamic characteristics to meet the conditions, the wall thickness should be as small as possible, thus reducing beam welding materials needed to reduce production costs and improve the overall competitiveness of the machine.

Introduction The use of composite materials in industry is constantly increasing and their replacement of metallic materials is expanding due to their long-term durability and favorable mechanical properties in various fields of construction (naval, aeronautical, automotive, etc.).
The use of composite materials has expanded to include the use of composite patches for the repair of fractured and damaged structures.
Elastic and thermal properties for different materials [26].
The repaired pipeline, constructed of various composite materials, is exposed to a humid environment for different immersion times.
