Abstract.
The dissolution of sample surface and deposition of mineralization layer result in not only the changes of the chemical composition and structure of materials surfaces but also the ion concentration of r-SBF, which provided the necessary geometric and chemical conditions for HCA nucleation and crystallization.
Fig. 2 Concentration changes of Ca, Si and P elements in SBF solution with reaction times Surface charge of scaffolds is important for the reaction between materials and aqueous fluid.
Negetive charge of materials surface could attract positive charge of aqueous fluid, which resulted in the raising of scaffold surface positive ion centrations and decreasing of system free energey.

Researchers are looking into bio composite materials because of escalating environmental concerns like the greenhouse effect and a desire in using sustainable materials [2].
Researchers in the field of materials science often use the storage modulus (also known as E0) to determine the composite's degree of stiffness.
