Introduction Large power grinding (LPG) is a typical application of high efficiency grinding, in which high material removal rate with deep cut and large power are use to achieve high efficiency.

The process contains two fluidized bed reactors between which an interchange of bed materials, which serves as heat carrier, enables energy transfer from combustion zone to the gasifier.
The residual char combustion occurs in the combustor and the bed material is heated and subsequently transported back to the gasifier in which the overall reaction of the gasification process is endothermic.
A biomass waste (chicken manure---CM), which was from animal feces, were chosen as raw material for the research.
