In the thixoforming process, the initial material is produced by reheating a solid billet to semisolid region, thus the transfer and reheating of billet is comparably simple and canbe automatic realized[5].

Introduction
Requirements for the characterization of concrete in terms of its mechanical properties and possible degradation often also relate to the materials of existing structures.
The authors of this contribution handled a similar characterization in e.g. [1], while generalizing backgrounds and the significance of the characterization of materials for fracture response can be found in e.g. [2].

Chitin and chitosan are promising materials for medical applications due to their bacteriostatic/bactericide properties, biocompatibility with human tissues, and ability to facilitate regenerative processes in wound healing [12].
Within this context, it is of major importance the development of biocomposites that enable reconstruction of bone tissue, meeting the growing demand for these materials in biological applications of diverse health areas.
Materials and Methods Preparation of Calcium Phosphate Powder Hydroxyapatite ceramic slurry was prepared using the neutralization reaction of calcium hydroxide (PA, VETEC) with phosphoric acid (Pa, VETEC), both at a concentration of 2.0 M, with a 1.67 (HA) ratio of Ca/P.

Introduction
Since Reinitzer first reported in 1888 that cholesteryl benzoate displays liquid crystalline behaviour, cholesteric liquid crystals (LCs) have had many applications as electro-optic materials in thin film devices.
