The low surface energy, lack of active functional groups on the molecular chain, and surface hydrophobicity, which may result the fibers cannot easily dispersed in cement-based materials.
To produce a better fiber reinforced materials of higher interface bonding strength [7], the hydrophobic PP fiber should be chemically modified to hydrophilic PP fiber with rough surface.

The most effective way to solve the problems mentioned above is a reconstruction of the facades with application of highly effective heat-insulating materials for facade insulation.
The data material must be characterized by the availability of raw materials, low energy consumption and low production costs, have the water resistance and frost resistance, mechanical strength, ecological and fire safety.
One of possible solutions of this problem is the reconstruction of facades with the application of thermal insulation material with the thickness of 100 mm.

The release amount from the fuel spheres is controlled by the selective corrosion of 14C, which was produced by 14C absorbed at the inner surface of the fuel matrix material (the production rate of 14C can be seen in Table 1).
Table 2, Chemical forms of 14C in Other Reactor types (%) CO2 CO hydrocarbons PWR ( USA, Europe ) 5-25 —— 75-95 ( CH4, C2H6) BWR ( USA, Europe ) 80-95 —— 5-20 HWR ( Bruce unit 7, Canada ) 65.5-72.8 0.2-3.7 26.7-34.4 HWR ( Gentilly 2, Canada ) 77.9-97.5 0.01-0.09 25.0-22.0 Solid Waste: The amount of 14C generated in the fuels and structural materials is the majority of total production, but remains solid waste.
HTGR utilized large amount of graphite as its moderator and structural materials, resulting in more solid waste than any other types of reactors. [1] The 14C activities are released from the plant to the environment via the leakage at the MPS (Main Power System) and the regeneration of the molecular sieves in the HPS (Helium Purification System) yielding.

Brief introduction
Raw materials and Mixture ratios
Fly ash and metakaolin could be taken as two kinds of inhibition admixture in the experiment. The cement in test produced by ShanDong LuCheng Cement Company Co.
It can react quickly with free lime and produce the new cementitious material. high activity metakaolin can depletes Ca(OH)2 by the reaction in a short time.
