Abstract.
In this paper,microstructure evolution of undercooled austenite during deformation for has been studied, Also, the carbides spheroidized mechanism during deformed process has been discussed, it provide the necessary theoretical bases on producting low-cost, high strength toughness steel. 2 Test materials and methods Transfer bar of medium-carbon Si-Mn steel producted by industria are investigated in this experiment, And it’s composition(in mass fraction) areas follows: 0.37C, 0.80Si, 1.00Mn, 0.011S, 0.015P.

Precision control calculation method and forming technology of aluminum alloy base

The raw material was prepared in the same volume and the materials flow into the hole through the flow channel in three state stresses.
The radial and tangential stress is much lager than the axial stress, so the materials and mould will have a good fit in the backward flow.
The materials on both sides of the edges on the stage aggregate to the edges, which formed the large rounded corners and sharp edges.

Material and process parameters
Material PP/EPDM was chosen for plastic raw materials, and its brand is ABP-0948.
Material CO/0949, which is similar to ABP-0948 on physical properties, was chosen in numerical simulation.
The mold material is a CO/0949.
