It was reported that Ce-Y-TZP ceramics have excellent comprehensive mechanical properties [4-6].
In the present study, effects of CeO2 on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Y-TZP nanocomposite ceramic die material were studied, and ceramic die material with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties was achieved.
Fig.1 shows the variation of the mechanical properties of 3Y-TZP nanocomposite with different CeO2 content.
The variation of mechanical properties of 3Y-TZP nanocomposite can be attributed to the differences in material microstructure.
It suggests that the suitable addition of rare earth elements is one of the critical factors affecting the mechanical property of the nanocomposite ceramic die material.

The microstructures and mechanical properties of the Mg-Zn-Er alloys have been investigated.
It is important to improve the mechanical properties of magnesium alloys.
Tensile stress - strain curves of these alloy All about results indicates that the most important factors affecting the mechanical properties are classified two sides, i.e. refinement of the microstructure and precipitation of the secondary phase.
The formation of the secondary phase is one of the most important factors to influence the mechanical properties of the magnesium alloys.

The dimensions of granular martensite and austenite (M-A) constituents are main factors influencing the impact toughness.
Its mechanical properties are given in Table 1.The specimens (11×11×90mm) oriented in transversal direction with respect to rolling direction were taken from the 20mm thick plates. 2.2 Methods The thermal cycle experiments simulating the behavior of CGHAZ during welding were performed on a dynamic thermal machine, Gleeble 2000 of which the principle is based on resistance heating.

The Mechanical Properties of Lightweight Concrete under Different Factors Xi Liu, Beibei Lv, Tao Wu School of Civil Engineering, Chang’an University, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China lvbeibeial_si@163.com Keywords: lightweight aggregate concrete, ceramsite, water-binder ratio, fly-ash content; compressive strength Abstract.
By choosing domestic ceramsite as lightweight aggregate, mixing with active mineral admixture (fly ash) and the water reducing agent, and adopting the method of absolute volume to design the three ceramsite concrete mixture ratio, 27 groups, 243 lightweight aggregate ceramsite concrete test cubes of 100mm×100mm×100mm are obtained for compressive strength test, and the physical and mechanical properties of the aggregate are studied.
The shapes and surface of ceramite are shown in Figure1, and the physical and mechanical properties are shown in TABLE 1.

The research on rebar corrosion and its effect on the mechanical properties of rebar are increasing [7-10].
The cylindrical samples (Φ14mm×450mm) are used for corrosion rate measuring and mechanical properties tests.
The tensile mechanical properties, including yield strength, tensile strength and elongation, are tested by a hydraulic pressure universal testing machine.
These will affect the strength properties of reinforcing bar.
Maybe the effect of stress concentration on each strength property is not familiar, or there can be other affecting factors.
