Zuk [1] investigated the thermal behavior of several concrete bridges and found that the temperature distribution was affected by air temperature, wind, humidity, intensity of solar radiation and material type.
Heat transfer analysis As far as a concrete bridge subjected to thermal radiation is concerned, the temperature field T of a concrete component at any time t can be expressed by the well-known Fourier equation [6-7]: (1) in which: is the temperature of structural component;is time instant; ,andare the thermal conductivity of material in x, y and z direction respectively; is the density of material;is the heat of material ;is the time rate of heat generated per unit volume (eg. the heat of hydration).

Along with the development of science and technology, and the progress of the society, the number of cylinders is growing with each passing day, and new material, new craft, new technology has been increasingly applied in the design and manufacture of the cylinder,to ensure the safety and reliability of gas cylinder[1].
Fig.1 Diagram of special high-pressure seamless gas cylinder There are many kinds of material which can be used to make gas Cylinders. We should think a lot about the mechanical properties, process performance and corrosion resistance of steel when choose the material of gas cylinders[3].Mechanical properties of the material, mainly control the intensity indexes: ultimate strength, yield limit and elongation. For the similar material, the higher the average strength, plasticity is relatively less.
The principle of choosing material of gas cylinders is that ensure the plastic index prescribed, at the same time, choose strength index of material as high as possible, to reduce the wall thickness and weight.Cylinder material, therefore, should has good plasticity, plastic material, when facing the cylinder damage will produce obvious plastic deformation, and it is easy to find and take timely measures to prevent damage and ensure safety.
Therefore we measure the strength index of the material (Alloy structural) through tests.
But due to the cylinder under high pressure, in order to do accurate calculation, we use the theory of thick wall cylinder to analyse. The figure 3 shows that for this materials = 815.80MPa.

Keywords: Hyperbolic heat conduction, fracture mechanics, internal heating.
Numerical results and discussions Numerical results are obtained for the isotropic materials under a sudden thermal flux q0 on the crack faces.
This paper, together with our previous paper entitled fracture of a finite medium with a circular internal crack under hyperbolic heat conduction-prescribed crack face temperature, published in the proceeding of the 2nd International Conference on Materials Science & Technology (ICMST 2013) by Advanced Materials Research, completes the analysis of a finite medium with a circular internal crack under hyperbolic heat conduction.

Introduction
Polylactic acid (PLA), aliphatic polyester compounds, with good biocompatibility, biodegradability and non-toxic, has become the most important one of biodegradable materials [1-3].
Nevertheless, it is still difficult to meet the need of some repair materials, compressive strength requirements.
Therefore, to get a higher strength of polylactic acid-modified materials should be properly controlled MAn dosage.
