Many piezoelectric materials have been investigated to manufacture the piezoelectric energy harvester, such as PZT [3], AlN [4], PVDF [5], etc.
The capability of piezoelectric energy harvester that converts vibration energy to electric form depends on the direct piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric materials.
The effect describes the piezoelectric materials’ ability to transform the mechanical strain to electrical charge.
To cut straight lines for fabrication of rectangle cantilever, dicing is an excellent method with a high aspect ratio and no requirement for the machined materials.

Introduction
With transition metal complexes have formed due to optical, electrical and magnetic properties, electrochemical and photoelectrochemical catalytic delocalized π electrons are Dithiolate and diimine ligands are strong bidentate ligand, photosensitive and gas sensing applications, such as showing significant value and attracted much attention, especially species such complexes can be extended by allowing the central metal ion, the structure of the ligand was modified adjusted substituent effects, three-dimensional effects and solvent effects it has the diversity and nature of the structure adjustable degeneration, is the synthesis of metal precursors tetraaza Ye Lin and other macrocyclic polymers, self-assembling molecules important raw materials and molecular devices, thus becoming subject to physical, chemical and material science workers attached great importance to the work of the author is also quite interesting.
Dithiolate with α, α `- mixed diimine ligands neutral homogeneous transition metal complexes or complexes with metal ions on the body charge-transfer complex of electronic, electrochemical and other functions, and their use in chemical sensors , nonlinear optical materials, infrared dyes, electron conductors and magnetic materials may have potential applications in areas such as value, worthy of further study.
