development of bone graft materials and membrane techniques may give surgeons some options to
solve these problems [1,2].
(Fig 1,2) Graft materials were then inserted into the dehiscence defect sites.
New bone formation around graft materials was not present.
So we need bone grafts materials in the use of membranes for space making.

In this paper, 00Cr18Ni14Mo3 mechanical properties of austenitic stainless steel screw, compared to the solution of the former and the sample microstructure after solution treatment, energy spectrum and the torque angle reverse faults, compared to solution treatment found that mechanical properties of the samples after meet the standard can be applied to practice Introduction In biomedical materials, medical applications of metal and alloy materials, the first, for several centuries.

The processing
model, a nonlinear model with element birth and death used to activate and deactivate the
processing materials, can more realistically simulate a series of assembly processes in a plastic
package.
The package is a multi-layered configuration consisting of sequential processes with dissimilar materials.
The package warpage and stresses are induced due to mismatch in coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE) of assembled materials during assembly processes.
The materials are deposited at different temperatures, therefore, not all materials are stress-free at the same temperature.
