Part of the research work presented in this paper was realised in the framework of the Framework Cooperation Agreement in basic research in the field relating to the use of water jets in construction, specifically the possibility of using water jets to remove concrete surface layers and studying how water jets and building materials interact.

Through this method, the relation between resistance materials to output luminance efficiency can be obtained, and the junction temperature and the actual energy dissipation in thermal resistance can be calculated.
That can significantly reduce the total thermal resistance, some familiar materials with the high thermal conductivity are showed in table1.
The third is press the LED on the bigger heat sink with no bonding material, the last is put the LED on bigger heat sink with no bonding material and no press.
From these series of measurements, obviously from the curves of Fig.7 we can determine the thermal resistance values dependence of the heat sink and bonding materials.

Introduction Sheet metal drawing is one of the basic methods of materials processing, how to play and make full use of the deformability of the materials and how to increase the efficiency of drawing are important issues that the metal drawing industry faced.
The material of sheet metal drawing is 08F steel.
The initial thickness of the material is T0=1.0mm.
