Conclusion
A jet cooling system is designed for micro Wankel engines in laboratory environment according to the starting and ending location of hot arc zone of micro-air-cooling Wankel engine, and the heat transfer on the cylinder of engine is simulated with FLUENT, The cooling effect has been significantly improved by jet cooling system, and at this time the temperature of cylinder wall is about 370K to 470K which can meet the temperature requirements of the engine material.

Through the establishment of the characteristic database of the library, can effectively collect and collate information, promote the information systematization and professional, thereby optimize the cyber source, and satisfy the user’s information needs.
2 The problems on library characteristic database construction
At present, although some institutions and units pay more attention on the library characteristic database construction, and characteristic database construction has also been progress and formed some scale, but some problems still exist, need to be further solved.
2.1 The construction of database lack of contact and coordination
Information service institutions involved in the construction of the characteristic database consists of three groups: the first is the major colleges and universities library, the second is national public library, and the third is science and technology system.
In the process of research and production of a database, cannot do without the workers hard work and wisdom, cannot do without the relevant agencies and staff of human, material and financial resources, and technology investment, so it should be protected for its creativity and the subject of intellectual property rights.
