Abstract: Emergency logistics is not a normal logistics, the objective of its supply chain is to maximize time efficiency and minimize disaster losses.
Supply Chain Reliability, Logical Structure and Cost Analysis the relationship between reliability of the logistics supply chain and two logical structure: the serial structure, any part of the supply chain problems may be led to the whole chain paralyzed, so that the reliability requirements of this logistics structure are high, limiting the scope of the optional materials; while, the parallel structure can take advantage of its redundancy capacity to ensure the reliability in some degree.

Introduction
The underwater vehicle plays an important role not only in the exploration and exploitation of marine resources, but also in underwater operations, or in military, the large marine countries of the world have invested a lot of manpower, material and financial resources in the underwater vehicle research and development.
With the rectangular ribs pressure hull,the condition is as follows: the parameters of the shell radius is 534mm, use aluminum as the material(elastic modulus is 71000Mpa, the Poisson's ratio is 0.3, the yield strength is 353Mpa and the density is 2700kg/m3), and we focus on the influence of the four parameters on the performance of the shell structure: the thickness of the hull, rib size, the distance between the ribs and so on.
