Materials and Methods Site description This study was carried out in Daluo area Shaxian County, Fujian Province, China (117°32′~ 118°06′E, 26°06′~26°41′N) The region has a subtropical monsoon climate, with an average annual rainfall of approximately 1675 mm and average relative humidity of 82%,average temperature of 17.6 ℃, average number of sunshine hours of 1877.6 h,and average frost-free period of 271 d.The soil is mainly red soil.
