Introduction
Intermetallic matrix composites (IMCs) can be considered to be one of the promising candidate materials for high temperature structural applications due to their high melting point, low density, good environmental stability and excellent oxidation resistance [1].
Ni3Si intermetahics have an excellent potential to become one of the most important high temperatures materials because of their low density, high melting temperature, good elevated temperature strength and modulus retention, and excellent creep properties.Although studies have been done to characterice in Ni3Si-base alloy ,there are limited oxidation data available for the alloy at elevated temperature [2-4].

Structure Design Criteria of Run-flat Tire
Run-flat tire design mainly includes three aspects: structure, dimension and material [1].
The material of inner support will make it safe when inner support suffering centrifugal force under the condition of tire normal pressure operation [2].
To prevent inner support materials from being softened or even fired, better materials with appropriate mechanical properties under high temperature should be adopted [3].

Introduction
Currently, there are so many methods of producing manganese sulfate[1-3] , and the producing processes are based on manganese resources and sources of manganese, whose raw materials are mostly high-grade pyrolusite.

In experiments, stationary reaction conditions was set: the temperature of 90 ℃, reaction time of 60 min, reactant materials: 0.7ml concentrated sulfuric acid: 0.4000g manganese ore: 8ml distilled water.
