This article presents an example of commissioning of a heated test chamber that is a part of a research apparatus for testing the erosive wear of materials, developed and built at the Institute for Sustainable Technologies – National Research Institute in Radom.
The discussed device is used for testing the erosive wear of material and is equipped with a heated measurement chamber and allows testing the samples in raised temperature.
a) b) Fig. 1. a) The Erosive Wear Tester developed at the Institute for Sustainable Technologies – NRI in Radom [7, 8], b) Block schematic of the test device: AD – air dryer, CH – test chamber, F – abrasive feeder, H – heaters, J – jet, M – motors, PV – proportional valve, TT – turntable, V – valve The device under discussion is a machine for testing the samples of materials, possibly coated with specific surface layers, against the erosive wear [7, 8].
The test consists in subjecting the material to the operation of a stream of air mixed with an abrasive mean, usually the aluminium oxide.

In order to more easily prepare flake silver particles, the generation mechanism of flake silver particles is studied by analyzing the impacts of reaction conditions, such as pH value, kinds of silver seeds, kind of surfactant and concentration of raw material.
So flake silver particles are widely used in green electrical packaging materials, carbon film potentiometer ends, membrane switches, filters and other electronic components [1-3].
Flake silver particles are prepared by controlling pH value, concentration of raw materials, and reaction speed in Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication (it is shortened as BIGC).

Material and methods In this study, we created single-walled (8, 0) C nanotubes firstly.
The bond length was set as 0.190nm because the bond length in bulk materials is that value.
This kind of material can be used for solid state photosensor or solar cell many territory.
