Research data were collected from a questionnaire survey to three groups of experts including government officers, professionals and business practitioners who are working in China’s housing and urban-rural development sector.
There are about 64,330 million Yuan investment in rural road and 39,000 million Yuan in water supply from central government between 2006 and 2008 [1], together with huge amount of investment from local governments.
However, the data come from three different groups of experts, governmental officials, professionals and business managers.
The procedure of selecting CAI based on Fuzzy set theory Selected CAIs are shown below, ranked by their degree of membership in descending order: Employment status X21, Capability to provide associated facilities X23, Air pollution index X31, Surface water pollution degree X32, Water and soil loss impact X35, Safety benefit X25, Living standard and quality X22, Solid waste pollution degree X33 3 Discussion In the previous section, eight in the group of social benefit and environmental benefit indicators are selected out for measuring the benefits of investment in rural infrastructure.
Other critical indicators in the environmental and ecological dimension include Surface water pollution degree, Water and soil loss impact and Solid waste pollution degree.

Abstract: In this article, the top 15 golfers are chosen for the top-level group and another 15 golfers ranking from 56 to 70 are chosen for the comparison group, according to the world ranking of PGA TOUR.
Result and Analysis Evaluation of the factors which influence the competitiveness of the world top professional golfers Using principal component analysis, we separately analyzed the results of the nine factors of the two groups of golfers.
Also he should keep the stability and continuity during competition. 3) The world’s top golfers have an early start for playing golf, and turn professional early, and have participated in lots of golf competitions with rich experience.

Coal Industry Lacked of Professionals to Develop Circular Economy.
The professional management personnel, technology professionals and skilled production line were serious shortage especially.
Meanwhile, the income of workers was relatively low, part of the professional and technical personnel reorientation, transfer prices were quite common, was one of the reasons caused by the lack of professional and technical personnel.
Vigorously promoting the coal industry professional and technical personnel to update their knowledge, strengthening national coal’s continuing professional education, training and professional personnel training base construction, implementing the coal industry shortage of skilled personnel training projects.
The water fees of enterprises on the utilization of coal mine water resources should be waived.

Comfort level for non-professional sportswear has been determined analysing the thermophysiological comfort, as well as the level of physical comfort.
By providing wearers physical protection and feeling of comfort clothing can significantly affect both the professional and the non-professional athlete’s performance during competition or training.
This is the level at which the fabric allows the water vapour (grams) penetrate the fabric (1m2) within 14 h.
The water vapour permeability index imt is a dimensionless quantity with a value from 0 to 1, where value 0 means that the fabric is water-vapour impermeable, i.e., it has infinite water-vapour resistance.
However, when creating the clothes design the low values of the water vapour permeability index imt shall be taken into account, which signal about the accumulation of water vapour in the form of sweat under the garment.

The volunteerism is professional, sustainable and popular.
With strong professional knowledge and skills, students of SAU provided professional volunteerism with the professors’ guidance and rich resources from the university.
Meanwhile, the students strengthened professional knowledge by applying what have learned in the classroom into practice.
As a result, the tourists knew more about ecotourism, and the members understood the significance of their professional knowledge and skills.
In the competition, Zhou Ke showed the global audiences excellent professional skills under regular professional training.

They are professionals in architecture, engineering, quantity surveying or other building related disciplines as recognized by the GBI Accreditation Panel.
Out of this number, only 99 gave a feedback response. twelve items rated on a five point Likert scale were used in measuring the level of low carbon skills acquisition by the professionals.
It equally shows that the professionals scored the current skill required in design of efficient light system with controls average.
Specifically, skills needed for carbon capture and storage (LC10) and use of energy efficient diagnostic tools (LC11) are expected to increase in the next six years by the professionals.
That these accredited professionals rated the current skills available to be average, shows that more needs to be done in order to meet the skill demand for the green building industry.

Definition on Residential Solar Water Heating System Integration Design
Residential solar water heating system integration design, it is to point to the solar energy (and other auxiliary energy coupled heat)is a source for the living hot water system integration in residential construction, including from planning, construction design positioning to installation design and construction and acceptance of the integration of evaluation process,we make solar hot water system for residential project design requirements in construction, structure, water supply and drainage, electrical and other professional participation.
Solar Water Heating System Integration of Change As solar water heating system and building integrated of policy are, it also undergone great changes to consider solar hot water system in the residential building: (1) range change: the rural to urban, small city to big cities; (2) the user changes: sporadic to residents residential district; (3) system changes: a single water heater to the hot water system; (4) the energy changes: solar energy to solar + auxiliary energy; (5) mode change: water heater retailers to system integration engineering company.
We should provide a stable supply of hot water and good operation maintenance program which embodies the use function of the solar water heating system.
Solar Water Heating System Integrated Evaluation Residential solar water heating system settings except consider system type, auxiliary power type and scale, collectors store hot water tank types, volume and solar heating system the thermal performance and residents living hot water load, and many other factors outside, its technical economy still depends on the index of local solar energy resources, climate condition, the solar energy system reliability, the solar energy utilization, the system increased investment recovery period, residential planning and construction conditions, and architectural and other professional interface technology, and other factors.

The level of difficulty could be divided according to the education target like: basic trainings for non-professionals, medium level trainings for crew on operational level, high level training for crew on management level (+ practicing Local Knowledge Requirements (LKR) if possible).
It is necessary to find the ways towards unification of the education and training process in the field of inland water transport.

After some years of the water supply to the Faculty, it was observed that water pumped from the same ground level water reservoir was unable to supply water to the entire Faculty of Engineering.
Water distribution systems account for 40-70% of the total cost of water supply scheme [9].
These components include water reservoir, water pipes, water pumps, storage tanks, junctions and valves.
Investigations revealed that professionals in the field (Water Resources and Environmental Engineering) were not involved in the project.
For any construction work in the university, it is recommended that the authority should always involve professionals in the relevant field in the university.
