Using WinXPE embedded operating system,through WinXPE development tools such as the target designer and analyzer, the component designer, component database manager, WinXPE development tools, complete the customization development of WinXPE system independently.The system after development has a small core, occupying less system resources, high starting speed, enhanced write protection which WinXP systems do not have, and it also has all functions of XP Professional and the compatibility of the application software.

The fire hydrant system is the combination of equipments and tools which provide water to professional or non-professional fire fighters in order to put out the initial fire.
It should be equipped with sprinkler, water flow indicator, alarm valve, pressure switch, other components, end water-test equipment, pipe and water supply facilities.
The issues in applying automatic sprinkler system in the basement are that water consumption is large, wasting water, and it is easy to cause gasoline boiling splash, expanding the scope of the fire and even causing more damage.
This combined system, integrating water and foam fire extinguishing effect, gives full play to the water and foam extinguishing effect, saves water consumption and reduce the fire fighting cost at the same time.

Introduction With the development of economy, the shortage of water resources has become a global problem, the contradiction between the growing water demands and the shortage of water resources forced the governments around the world to find effective solutions.
Irrigation water management in reservoir mainly includes planning, water level data acquisition, pumping station opening and stopping, the control of gate, water flow test, water monitoring, calculation of water quantity and water costs and so on.
Establishing a set of economic and practical reservoir monitoring and management system of irrigation water, collecting the information of real-time monitoring for every point of level of water, monitoring the water level’s running state and the automatic control, changing the backwardness situation of artificial data record, has very important significance for water source scheduling, flood controlling and preventing drought.

The SHP-1 slow type of water-reducing agent was used in this study.
In order to investigate the effects of the water-cement ratio on the air-void parameters of hardened concrete, water-cement ratio was designed as 0.60, 0.50, 0.40 and 0.30.
When water-cement ratio increased from 0.30 to 0.50, the air content of hardened concrete experienced little variation; While water-cement ratio went up to 0.60, the air content dropped slightly.
What’s more, the concrete with low water-cement ratio has a compact microstructure, in which there is little water that tends to be frozen, except the hydrate combined water.
