The effective using of material resources involves the regulation of non-renewable natural resources, the increasing the share of renewable sources, including recycling and reutilization existing recycled building materials. [1, 2]
The global orientation and achievement of the objectives of sustainable development is extremely difficult and revolutionary process leading to a fundamentally different principles and forms of contemporary industrial civilization.
The sample includes energy passive houses with light, massive or combined constructions of heterogeneous building materials built in the years 2004-2013.
