With compost techniques become more sophisticated, domestic and foreign scholars [7] generally believe that the essence of compost microbial metabolism under suitable conditions, soluble organic substances in the organic waste through the cell wall and membrane of microorganisms microorganisms absorption, solids and colloidalde composition of organic matter is first attached to the micro-organisms in vitro, and then in the microorganisms secrete extracellular enzyme soluble substances, and then penetrate the interior of the cell; microorganisms through its own life activities --- redox and biosynthetic process, a portion is absorbed oxidation of organic matter into simpler inorganic substances, and the release of the growth of microorganisms, the activities require energy to another part of the organic compounds into the synthesis of new cellular material, so that microbial growth and reproduction, to produce more objects [8].
Currently, the rapid development of biosurfactants, widely used in the oil industry, food industry, paper industry, bio-medical, environmental engineering [10].

Firstly, we can get the key system parameters from the voltage-current transformer and speed sensor (speed signal can be directly received by QEP pin of event management module), and these parameters pass through the analog-digital interface to the DSP built-in A / D module, then the control quantity is given by programming controller through algorithm program.
And those traditional methods have series disadvantages which are wasting a lot of human and material resources, long developing cycle, debugging environment unstable, and so on.

Luffing system generally consists of steel rope and flexile cable, realizing the luffing movement through the coiling and releasing of the steel rope, when unload suddenly, reversing ballistic and wind load acting on the boom, the accident of boom’s retroversion will happen easily, the reasonable design of anti-backward-tipping device is the key in designing luffing jib tower crane.
