The material properties used were that of high quality carbon structural steel of 25#, with E = 198 GPa, µ = 0.3 and an initial yield stress of 298 MPa.
Only those material around the hole yields to be plastically deformed and the material near to the chamfer faces bulges lightly.

Advanced planning system of ERP has demand planning, order management (including: matching stock ATP and available capacity promise CTP), the quality design, materials planning, capacity planning, limited capacity planning and other core functions.
It cannot achieve smooth connection of production planning and materials planning of each branch factories by relying on four advanced planning systems in the planning stage.
Level 4 coordinate isolated level3 systems and achieve effective connections of production planning and materials planning of each branch.
