One key step in GT is to construct a standard system which is the combination of all “the best” indices by their respective polarities and serves as the “bull’s eye” for comparison.
(3) There are three new indices with a contribution rate over 0.7 in the ER-GT list, “Type of armor”, “Unit power”, “upfront armor thickness” (in descending order), which are the embodiment of new material technologies, the mobility capability and the defense capability.

Moreover, experiments reveal that high water volume results in the change of the color of the silver sol accordingly. 1 Introduction The study on metal nanoparticles is a hot research area in nanoscale science and engineering because of their unusual catalytic, chemical and optical properties resulted form their quantum size effect and surface effect [1-5].
Here, we report the effect of water volume on the growth of silver nanospheres, which is very important for understanding the growing mechanism of metal nanoparticles and helping the improvement of the synthesis accordingly. 2 Experimental Material and Apparatus Silver nitrate, citrate sodium and the other reagents were all analytically pure and used without further purification.

Abstract.
Introduction In the past decades, China's environmental protection work focuses on the urban environment and control of key pollution sources.
Based on the above analysis, according to “Rural Sewage Treatment Technical Guidelines for Southeast China (Trial)”, “Rural Sewage Treatment Technology and Engineering Examples in Jiangsu Province” and research literatures on rural sewage treatment technology in southern Jiangsu [7-10], the following four options were promoted: (1) Technology option 1 (T1): Anaerobic Filter - Lagoon - Plant Ecology Drainage Treatment System.
By the siphon effect of distribution pipes and capillary material, the domestic sewage was evenly distributed in the artificial soil with good water and air permeability prepared according to the site soil properties.
