Study on the Factors and Degradation of Cellulose Degradation Bacteria Song Liu1, a 1School of Environmental Engineering, North China institute of Science and Technology, sanhe, Hebei, 065201, China aliusong715@ncist.edu.cn Keywords: cellulose degrading bacteria, screening, orthogonal experiment.
Strain with better degradation effect obtained through collection and screening in the natural environment, using filter paper as cellulose sources and the method of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment combined to study the factors influencing the degradation effect, finding the optimal degradation conditions Materials and Methods Material.
Soil samples take from forest leaves piled up soil samples of North China Institute of Science and Technology, sterile water filter to remove residue, collect soil samples of the filtrate from the supernatant after precipitation, dilution according to the gradient 1/10, 1/100, 1/1 000, 1/10 000 times, will dilute solution on LB medium, 28 ℃ constant temperature culture, bacteria the backward repeatedly crossed separation culture, to obtain the pure strain to the LB test tube culture temperature 4 ℃ preservation.
Summary Experiment on North China Institute of Science and Technology piled leaves muck as sources of sample selection of bacteria, 12 strains were screened with the degradation of cellulose degradation effect, the best strain N4 by Congo red staining.

This demands, on the one hand, to increase strength of concrete which is main building material, on the other hand, it is very important to reduce the weight of concrete itself.
To reduce structural self weight, adopting lightweight aggregate concrete such as ceramsite, etc. as structural concrete is a development orientation.[1,2] However, ceramsite concrete is a brittle material with lower strength and poorer toughness.
Research on mechanical property of ceramsite fiber concrete with above CL40 different included amount of steel fiber Experimental material.

Especially the building with height-overrun, structure-overrun situation, its design effort would only do once; l Uncertainty of product performance: special large-scale building design needs more science and technology innovation beyond the original architectural design theory, however, innovation often causes risks.
While design work as a multi-disciplinary collaboration process, designers have different focus of sustainable thinking: urban planners consider more efficient use problems of sustainable urban development, such as land resources economizing; architects will make design from views of lighting, ventilating, building environment, building physics, etc.; structural engineers are usually pay more attentions to optimization of structural system, material selection and other aspects of sustainable structure design; yet mechanical engineers are considering from conservation of energy, water and other materials to achieve sustainable demands.
As the complex, dynamic and specificity characteristics of large-scale public building, both sides of static interface exist continual exchange with information, material, energy, which determine that static interface could only be a relative concept.
