In hot forging process, the alloy materials flow hard, craze easily and products are easier to scrap [2].
At the present time, there is an effective way of using numerical simulation technology to study microstructure organization evolution, which provides a theoretical basis and guidance to optimize process parameters and predict the properties of materials.
Experimental The experiment materials are the forged Ti40 alloy.
