Fu et al. [3] exactly derived the motion equations of RCFH (Right Circular Flexure Hinge) about the angular deflections due to the torques and linear deflections due to the forces, analyzed material selection and designed parameters of RCFH.

We can control the different combinations of parameters to establish the required model and select QBe2 as the material of CFH, the material property is isotropic: E =115Gpa, μ = 0.33 (μ is the Poisson's ratio) and = 1.15Gpa.
