LTCC technology can realized miniaturization and integration of the antenna with its high temperature resistance and thermal conductivity, low dielectric loss, and other material characteristics.
In previous researches, LTCC technology has been widely used in internal antenna design due to its advantages, such as superior material properties and flexible three-dimensional structure, it also accelerated the development of high performance antenna [3].
In order to reduce the size of the antenna effectively, the LTCC-Body is designed by using ULF140 material which has a relative dielectric constant of 14 and loss tangent of 0.002.
In addition, the selection of the dielectric materials has a great influence on the performance of LTCC antenna.

Abstract
The preparation, characterization and pure gas permeation of sol-gel derived alumina membranes
were investigated in this work.
The insoluble metal oxide particles are the peptised by the addition of acid or base to obtain a sol.Upon solvent removal as semi-solid material is called gel.
Further evaporation and then heat treatment of the gel results in a durable rigid material which can either be formed as an unsupported membrane or as a supported membrane coated onto a porous substrate(2).
Knudsen diffusion occurs when the mean free path of the gas molecules is larger than the mean pore radius of the membrane, but there is no or only a weak interaction with the membrane materials.

The main reason is the production process in manufacturing enterprises changes the material form by handling and becomes products by processing.
As a whole, it has a strong concomitant, but enterprises in the actual operation often carry out some local logistics independently from technical process, such as the optimization selection of transportation path, storage strategy of materials, reasonable distribution of handling and so on, and now most of research is based on kind of such logistics.

Recently, with developments in modern science and technology, a functional microwave absorbing material for use in planes, ships, naval vessels and other equipments for military uses and communication facilities for civilian uses have been developed [1-3].
Furthermore, metallic magnetic materials have high electric conductivity, which makes the high frequency permeability decreased drastically due to the eddy current loss induced by EM waves [5].
Usually, excellent EM-wave absorption results from efficient complementarities between the relative permittivity and permeability in materials.
