Microstructure and Performance of plasma cladding multi-lap-Joint coating has been studied in this paper.
2 Experimental Material and Methord
2.1 Experimental Equipment and Material
Multiple tracks experiment of plasma cladding was DFR-II plasma cladding equipment, The plasma cladding process parameters were: Output power: 15×103W, beam diameter: 10mm, scanning speed: 500mm/min, lap-joint proportion is 50%.Low-carbon steel (Q235A) was used as a substrate material, the dimensions of the substrate were 100mm×50mm×10mm.
The Plasma Jet is high-temperature and high energy Jet, it is easy for the material be burned in the sustain high-temperature .

Natural fibres reinforced in polymer composite materials can provide significant function and as well sustainable benefits, ranging from acceptable mechanical strength, cost saving features and biodegradable composites.
Tan δ is a measurement of the damping of the material meanwhile The Storage Modulus is the intimation of the stiffness of the material.
The Tan Delta often relates to the damping characterises, a measure of the energy dissipation of a material.

Introduction
Lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate (Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3) materials exhibit unusual high
dielectric permittivity, low dielectric loss and high strain.
It is a very promising material for the applications of multilayer ceramic capacitors as well as ceramic electrostrictive actuators and electro-mechanical transducers [1,2].
In this paper, we investigated the influence of co-doping and incorporating layered Perovskite ferroelectric materials SBN on structure, dielectric and field-stability properties of PMNT ceramics.

Materials and methods.Take carbon sample of 10 ml into a 100 ml-cone bottle, clean surface several times with 0.85% of saline solution to wash away organic matter adsorbed in biofilm surface and impurities loose attachment in order to prevent the measuring error.
This shows VAS value not only include active microbes but also include the inert materials such as polymer of active cells extracellular excretory and some organisms adsorbed by biological membrane.
To ensure the biological activity we must rewash reactor regularly which is useful to remove the attached inert material and aging biofilm, and to promote biofilm adsorbing nutrition and nutrient; at the same time can clean activated carbon surface and internal microporous approach, and recovery the activated carbon adsorption capacity so as to improve the biological activity. 3.

Subsequently, the bill of materials (BOM) is generated for cost estimation purposes.
Some assumptions were made to choose the material and allowable weight to set the boundaries for analysis purposes.
Meanwhile, the strength of the new material should not be neglected.

Introduction
When developing new dental restorative materials, manufacturers must be able to predict the properties of new materials and their performance in the oral environment.
Also, dental materials are tested to predict the wear performance of new materials before launching to a competitive market [44].
