As one of the efficient means of data acquisition, remote sensing data play an important role in many areas of life through the development of technology and the improvement of spatial resolution.
In this paper, the application of remote sensing data on dynamic monitoring of coastline in the Yellow River Delta was analyzed.
Data and Methods The data used in this paper are fourteen scenes remote sensing images of the Yellow River delta from 1996 to 2011, which is shown in Table 1 and 1:50,000 scale topographic map of Dongying.

Statistical data as of May 1, 2014 [11] shows that the number of Chinese CDM projects registered in the UNFCCC is totally 3749, accounting for 50.11% of the global number; the annual carbon emission reductions arising from the first crediting period is up to 594333 ktCO2e, accounting for 60.88% of global CDM market; up to the end of 2012, it had produced emission reductions of 1297787 ktCO2e, accounting for 58.43% of the total emission reduction generated by global CDM projects, and it will generate 5956304 ktCO2e emission reductions by 2020, which accounts for 62.41% of the global number.
