In recent years, however, the undertaking transfer of personnel becomes a universal phenomenon in social development and, with the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up, as well as the rapid development of science and technology, the market economy is gradually established and the undertaking transfer of personnel is increasingly active; as a result, it effectively mobilizes the people’s initiative and creativity in the positive aspect, but there are some unreasonable and unusual problems of “Experience Losses” in the flow of talents.
This case study reminds the designers to analyze the material, thickness, installation space and stress of the parent material for installing the rivet nut in the selection of the test rivet nut structure.
Since insufficient case studies of railway passenger cars, the following recommendations are proposed hereby: First, it is necessary to attach importance to the design case, for the design case is the basis of technical improvement, and the guarantee to improve the ability of designers; Second, a case base is to be formed to enrich the contents of the design cases, production problems found at the scene, as well as the problems fed back from the after-sales process that can be used as the materials of design cases; Third, the persons dedicated to systematically study, compare and generalize on multiple cases, thus completely solve the widespread design quality problems.

The materials of gears are used by 18CrNiMo7-6, using carburizing and quenching treatment, the limit value of tooth contact fatigue strength is σHlim=1500MPa, the limit value of bending fatigue strength is σFlim=700MPa after the heat treatment.
The tooth profile modification is to remove part of the materials on the gear profile, thereby reducing gears interference in meshing process and the load fluctuation. 4.2 The determination of modification In Ref.[3],it is mentioned that the optimum modification curve is related to the amount of TPM(tooth profile modification) and modification coefficients.

The main reason is that in reinforcement projects, as long as geogrid is assigned properly, the lateral deformation of soft foundation can be restrained by the frictional resistance between the geogrid, filling materials and sand cushion.
(2)Because of the lateral constraint function, the geogrid reinforced stone-pile can bound broken stone materials together tightly and limit the lateral deformation of piles, thus improve the bearing capacity of broken stone-pile.

Flowers of B. papyrifera were collected from Arboretum of Zhongshan, Qingdao Shandong Province, PR China in september 2009.
Ashed material was dissolved in 2 mL of concentrated HNO3, evaporated to dryness, heated again to 450℃ for 3 h, dissolved in 1 mL of concentrated H2SO4 and 2 mL of concentrated HNO3, and diluted with distilled water up to 25 mL.
