Table 1 Analysis model size and properties of the SOFC stack materials.
This might be affected by mismatch between electrode materials at the PEN structure of SOFC.
The crack tip is more affected by Mode II than Mode I under to the mixed mode crack behavior.
It is verified that in case of All Rib-V26, SOFC is more significantly affected by the electrode interface than the interconnector rib.
It was more significantly affected by the electrode interface.

They show a big variety in appearance, often strongly differing from the temperature distribution predicted by a model-calculation using homogenous material properties.
The temperature distributions measured with the infrared system give information about gradients in material properties.
Sintering influences the material strength and the electrical properties.
It affected mostly the batches with lower strength.

Car’s Materials Acoustic properties test and analysis Yan LIU1,a, Xiaojuan ZHANG 2, Zongcai LIU3 1 Institute of Transportation Engineering , Dalian JiaoTong University, China 2 Department of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian Institute of Science and Technology, China a ly@djut.edu.cn, bdalianxiaojuan@163.com Keywords: car material, noise testing, Acoustic properties.
Car noise and transmission Car noise which is impacted by many factors is a combined noise.
Conclusions 4.1 Car interior noise is the important factors that affect the car driving environment. 4.2 The PU material can effectively reduce the influence of engine noise on the car; Polypropylene felt material can effectively reduce noise from the chassis; PET material’s sound absorption performance is poorer in medium and low frequency while sound absorption performance is good in high frequency; Sound-absorbing cotton material can effectively reduce the influence of high frequency; Composite materials can effectively reduce the chassis noise and transmission noise; Cotton textile materials can effectively absorb the high frequency to Improve interior noise. 4.3 use acoustic damping materials is one of the effective methods to reduce interior noise.

The dynamic properties are influenced by structure parameters and the performances of controller.
Therefore, the select factors are KMv, TMe, Dp, AC and.
Factors and their levels are shown in Table 2.
And the sketch of five factors trend is shown in Fig.3.
Therefore, the order of the five factors is.

Pei Wanji[5] performed experimental studies on axial compression performance and eccentrical compression performance for both short columns and long columns of SMTCC(CHS inner and SHS outer). These research results created conditions for the further study of the mechanical properties and design theories of SMTCC members.
Therefore, the two factors together have little effect on the stiffness of components in elastic stage.
The stiffness in elastic stage was less affected by the compressive strength of concrete.

In order to try to reduce the influence of weld mark on the appearance quality and mechanical properties of plastic products, with the combination of injection molding simulation software and the orthogonal test design, reasonable test analysis programs was designed.
The existences of weld mark not only affect the appearance quality of plastic parts, but also reduce the strength in the welding place of plastic parts.
Material properties of products (such as plastic melt liquidity, etc.), injection molding process parameters (including injection rate, holding pressure, melt temperature, mold cavity temperature, etc.), the mold structure (such as gate location, gate number, etc.) and plastic parts structure (such as the presence of holes, wall thickness is not equal, etc.), are the main mechanism and factors that produce weld mark [2].
Through the statistics and analysis of the test data, the degree of influence on the evaluation of the test factors can be concluded.
Holding pressure (A/%), injection rate (B/cm3×s-1), melt temperature (C/℃) and cavity temperature (D/℃) are selected as the test factors, and each factor sets three influence levels, the factors and their levels as shown in Table1, the holding pressure is controlled by the percentage of filling pressure.

Al-alloys with particulate reinforced composites are attractive because of their enhanced tensile strength and stiffness [2], an excellent fatigue properties [3-4] compared with unreinforced counterparts.
The experimental studies on diffusion welding are focused commonly on the tensile and hardness properties [5] and welding parameters [6] for the dissimilar materials.
Samples were joined by DW method under various welding parameters and mechanical and microstructural properties of weld interfaces were examined to find out the most suitable welding parameters for better mechanical response.
Schematic illustration of diffusion welding equipments Results and Discussion Temperature is one of the most important factors in diffusion welding technique which strongly affects the joining characteristics of the diffusion welded parts.
However; it can be said that WC particles can be affect the diffusion process.

Mechanical property of the samples before and after RUB were characterized and compared.
Samples were obtained from bended magnesium alloy sheet like Fig.2 and mechanical properties were tested.
Table 2 shows the mechanical properties and Erichsen values.

Thus, a study on the corrosion of 220kV conductors that have operated for years in Shanghai can help assess the corrosion of general old conductors in the whole city. 1 Life Study on OldTransmission Linesin Shanghai This paper selects aluminum conductors steel-reinforced (ACSR) that have operated for more than 30 years to conduct an experimental research on their appearances, corrosion and mechanical properties.
Under a certain concentration of SO2, humidity is an important factor that affects the corrosion of zinc.
When contact corrosion results, the steel core will startrusting and the tensile resistance will also drop, leading to broken strands or broken conductors in serious cases and even affecting the service life of conductors.
Thus, no corrosion is observed in its matrix and there is no obvious change in its mechanical properties.
Thus, the mechanical property indicators of the wires used for Shipu No. 2208 Line and YangjinNo. 2119 all exceed or are close to the test standards, and only the resistivity of the wire in Shipu Line, which has operated for a longer period of time, exceeds the testing standard.

Barrier and mechanical properties of polypropylene laminated fabric with and without volatile corrosion inhibitor are investigated in this research.
It was found that polypropylene laminated fabric with corrosion inhibitor has higher mechanical properties and better protective ability against corrosion.
The presence of an invisible monomolecular VCI-layer on the metal product surface doesn’t affect the properties of the metal even for high-precision goods.
Results and Discussion Tables 2 and 3 show the results of determining physical and mechanical properties of the materials under study.
Conclusions The physical-mechanical properties of polypropylene laminated fabric with a volatile corrosion inhibitor has been determined in this research.
