In the urinary sediment visible components, red cells, white cells and small area cells’ edge are clear and easy to split, but large area material, such as casts and epithelial cells, segmentation effect usually is poor in the unstained circumstances.

Micro-fluidic chip bonding is definition that double chips are bonded through physical or chemical means, including cementation, anodic bonding, heating bonding, etc. [9] Heating bounding is the most common method in these recent years. [10]The operation procedure is that: firstly, clean the material of chips; then heat and make them dry; at last, put two pieces of clingy chip flat in a high temperature furnace raising temperature at 10℃/min.
This boiling point theory applies to simple substance, but does not suite for the material with hybrid functional groups.
