Research methods The cross section of the structure of nanocable MOSFET is shown in Fig. 1.The yellow short line is the metal electrode of source and the red short line is the metal electrode of drain.
For the structure of nanocable MOSFET, the influence factors of the conductivity is the Si shell’s doping concentration, the thickness of SiO2 and the resistance of the conductive part (Si shell).The presented paper will mainly focus on the three factors above to research and optimize.

The SiC ceramic particles were sintered to be a rigid ceramic network structure.
The oxide membrane was distributed on the SiC with cristobalite crystal structure.
After the oxide membrane was formed on the SiC network, the interface structure of the oxidized-SiC/Fe composite is actually of SiC/SiO2/Fe.

The as-quenched U-Nb alloy has a single phase structure α”, whose internal phase structure varies to form the niobium-rich phase or niobium-lean phase after long-time natural aging and eventually forms the α+γ1-2 or α+γ2.
However, after identical thermal treatment of 400 ℃ for 3hr, the microstructure morphology changed as shown in Fig. 1 (d), and two different types of transformation structures, acicular or banded and the bulk structure, which became kind of lattice like microstructure, are apparently seen in the micrographs.
Moreover, the growth front expanded along definite directions, resulting in the morphology of the hydride area turned into obvious dendritic structures as illustrated in Fig. 1 by some squares.
The ridges of the hydride in the hydrogenated area also contributed to the lattice-like structure, and beneath that the hydrogenation reaction was fierce.

The structure of coal has been found to be similar to the structure of multicomponent organic glass.
(a) Coal structure of coals; ovals are graphite-like structures [1]; (b) ordered graphite-like structure in the coal [3] The current development of microwave treatment of coal is aimed at improving its quality.
This is explained by similar distortions of the structure around Fe3+ ions.
Conclusions The study showed that microwaves efficiently affect the structure and electronic structure of brown coal associated with it.

The structure examinations were done by transmission electron microscopy (TEM, Philips CM-20, 200 KV) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM, LEO 1540 XB).
After the sintering the carbon additions are preserved in the structure.
The detail of structure investigation of silicon nitride composites have been presented in our previous works [3,17,19].
In comparison the carbon black and CNT additions resulted more porous structures (densities between 3.15-3.3 g/cc).

Development of new routes for the synthesis of AlN particles is one of the integral aspects of materials chemistry.
Finally, molecular structure and chemical reaction for nitridation were suggested.
The composition and structure of the aluminum-urea chloride complex were characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR, Jasco 6300).
Crystal structure was coincident correctly with Aluminum urea chloride.

The structure around the hard brittle carbide phase in the high chromium cast iron grinding ball is worn away, and the isolated carbides lose the protection of the matrix structure.
The white carbides aggregate into large agglomerates, and the carbides present a relatively close network structure.

It has been discussed that different overlay compositions [6] and matrix chemistry [7] determine the erosion-corrosion of the PTAW overlay.
After corrosion test in the acid electrolyte, PTAW-Ni shows the preferential dissolution of inter-dendritic structure, the intermetallic Ni3B.
Holes are seen (Fig. 9a) suggesting the detachment of nickel dendritic structure by the preferential dissolution of Ni dendritic structure for PTAW-Ni in the bentonite alkaline electrolyte.
In addition, the attack on nickel dendritic structure becomes more severe as the carbide content increases, as can be seen in the slightly lower magnification SEM micrographs of all carbides based hard facings (Fig. 10b).
