The Remediation Standards and Evaluation Methods for Remediation Effectiveness of Contaminated Soil Fang Cui1,a and Bo Yuan2 1Baoji University of Arts & Sciences,Key Lab of Disaster Monitoring and Mechanism Simulating of Shanxi Province, Baoji Shanxi 721013; 2Institute of Water Resources and Hydro-electric Engineering, Xi'an University of Technology, Xi’an 710048 acuifangchina@163.com Key words: contaminated soil, remediation standard, remediation effectiveness, evaluation method Abstract.
In recent years, contaminated soil remediation research in international has become an environmental engineering and other related professional and important research frontier, contaminated soil remediation technology is rapidly develop[1-3].United States, Germany, the Netherlands, Britain and other countries have invested huge human and financial resources in researching the remediation of contaminated soil, some technical applications has entered the commercialization stage.
And the accumulation of technology applications integrated engineering experience in different types of sites contaminated soil remediation, appear in the new hot spot technology, such as situ bioremediation technology, based on monitoring natural recovery technology[7].However, whether the land restored to cleanliness standards, meets the requirements of various uses of land re-use, there is not a criteria.
It is noteworthy that, due to the different soil-forming factors (including the parent material, biological, climate, terrain and time factors), different soil types have different soil background values.
Assessment of the effect of remediation of contaminated soils is an essential part for soil remediation environmental engineering.

Therefore, “Interim Provision for Works of Seismic and Disaster Prevention in Rural in Jiangsu” [1] specifies in article 9 that, new-built rural house should use the architectural materials, members, and structural systems with good seismic performance.
And it depends on material properties, stiffness, mass distribution and structural measures of structure[2].

The disadvantages of liquid fire extinguishing agents include low heat removal from heated surfaces, due to the effect of film boiling, which is a necessary condition for stopping the burning of solid combustible materials [7].
Using potash while alumogel producing (aluminum hydroxide), in comparison to soda ash, increases the relative fire-extinguishing efficiency on 35 % in extinguishing solid combustible materials. 2.
Aluminum hydroxide, in the process of extinguishing solid combustible materials, forms a layer on the surface of the material, which consist of solid oxide and water (2Al(OH)3→Al2O3+3H2O), this leads to creation a fire-extinguishing and fire-proof insulating effect. 5.

Introduction Diffusion is an important materials property, dominating the applications of numerous materials, including metallic alloys, energy storage compounds, polymers and glasses.
Deformation and fracture of Li-ion battery materials are intimately related to Li diffusion in host particles [17].

Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (Wire EDM) Cutting of Flexures For a Rotary Flexural Bearing Fabrication Hongping Luo1,a, Zhixiong Zhou2,b, Yongjun Zhang1,c and Zhongning Guo1,d 1School of Mechatronics Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, China 2College of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering, Hunan University, China aluohongping@gdut.edu.cn, bzhouzx8@sina.com, cyjzhang@gudt.edu.cn, dznguo@gudt.edu.cn Keywords: Wire EDM; Rotary Flexural Bearing; Residual Stress Relief; Cutting Sequence Planning Abstract.
Stiffnesses Calculation and Comparison Bending Stiffness of Flexures.Every Flexure in the bearing cage can be considered as beams fixed on both ends, Then, Calculation of bending stiffness of one flexure within the bearing cage can be derived as the following Eq. (1) according to the theory of beam in material mechanics, (1) where , I is the moment of inertia of the cross section of flexure;, w is the thickness of flexure in radial direction of bearing cage.
The key to the improvement of machining accuracy is then turned to be focused on decreasing forces due to machining stress, heat generation, spark-induced vibrations, and auxiliary processing, rather than increasing torsional stiffness of bearing cages.
Other technical measures, such as multiple cutting and micro energy electrical discharge, no core cutting, proper selection of wire material, flushing pressure and the distance of Wire guides, etc. are also adopted during the wire EDM cutting.
