Figure 1 Basic elements of an electronic nose 1.2 Gas sensor and its array To improve the performance of electronic nose needs to choose the appropriate sensor array.A key part of the gas sensor is the sensitive materials, different sensitive material can make different types of gas sensors. The commonly used electronic nose gas sensors can be divided into four categories:(1) metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) sensors and organic conductive polymers (CP) sensors based on chemo-resisters principles;(2) MOS field-effect transistor(MOSFET)sensors based on potentiometric principles[3]; (3)Acoustic-Wave Gas Sensors;(4)fluorescence sensors base on the optical principles.Different sensors have different responsiveness to odors ,the difference of sensors in this paper has been listed in Table 1.
SnO2, ZnO, WO3 are paid more attention since they have the characteristics of simplicity in fabrication, high sensitivity and all kinds of morphology and structure of gas sensitive materials such as nanowires, nanorods, nano ring have been successfully synthesized.
Gas sensitive response mechanism of the conductive polymer gas sensor is:A chemical reaction or swelling of the polymer chain happens when the electrochemical polymer materials absorb gas,and the change would alter the electrical conductivity. Therefore,it can be used to detect the species and concentrations of gases.

The strain model was expanded to now fit three different materials (low alloy steel, heat-treatable steel and Ni-base alloy) for the two most common cross-section types (rectangular and octagon).
For an integration of new materials to FAST, the adaption of the equivalent strain model and the availability of a material model for StrucSim are required.
Further key aspects should be pass schedule calculations or analysis of recorded process data.
· At the moment there are three materials and two cross-section types implemented.
Further implementations of materials/cross-section types would improve the use in forging shops. 8 Acknowledgement The authors would like to thank the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft DFG for the financial support of this project within the SPP 1204. 9 References [1] Z.

Such data contribute to the materials database.
The engineering performance and high levels of safety demanded on offshore oil and production installations require a comprehensive and therefore costly periodic inspection strategy.

Hand grip strength has received increasing attention from industrial engineers and ergonomic researchers.
Materials and Methods Subjects Due to MVC depends on age, and in generally, young people are reached the maximum value in grip strength in Taiwan (male 20-year, female 17-year) [24-25], therefore the study adopted the young participant as subjects to evaluate their MVC and HGC.

This is because of a requirement for high efficiency and reliability for machines and structures, a long-term employment of facilities beyond their original design lifetimes in advance due to the difficulty of their replacements, such as ageing facilities that have exceeded 108 cycles, and also the need of lightweight components used the high strength materials for reduction of the environmental loads to the globe.
Experimental Procedures Testing Materials and Specimen.
The material used in this study was a high-carbon chromium bearing steel, JIS SUJ2.
After formation of an appropriate size for the GBF area to enable propagation as an ordinary crack, the crack propagates without depending on the microstructure of the materials and forms a fish-eye as the second stage.

For optical components, hard-to-cut materials, and other processing applications, ultrasonic vibration assisted turning effectively reduces cutting force and tool wear while enhancing quality.
For hard rigid or special materials in particular, ultrasonic vibration assisted applications generate much better results.
