Abstract.In the study, the Mx gene promoter, exon 1, exon 2, and exon 14 and intron 13 in eight Chinese local chicken breeds were examined.
Material and Methods Genomic DNA Extraction and Polymorphism Analysis Chinese local chicken breeds were examined:Beijing-you, Silkies,Henan game, Langshan, Dagu, Liyang, Baier and Xianju chickens and 2 exotic breeds: White Leghorn and Rhode Island Red (from the Institute of Animal Science, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science and Poultry Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences).

Experimental Material The gases of CH4 (99.9%) and argon were provided by Beijing AP Gases Co., Ltd.
A key role of the selective oxidation of methane is to bond the methane that is formed as methyl ester, thereby retarding its further oxidation.

From the notability analysis of orthogonal experiment above, building area, building front orientation, shape ratio, area ratio of window to wall, heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall, machine heat and lighting heat are the main factors that have the most impact on building air conditioning energy consumption, and they are the key factors to control to achieve the goal of building energy efficiency, these factors should be fully considered in the process of architectural design with the consideration of building energy efficiency.
