As the main place bearing human civilization, besides providing human beings with important material resources, cities also exert significant influences in their spiritual lives.
That means environment should be taken into serious consideration in the guiding theory of the overall urban planning, optimization of industrial structure, rational distribution, division of functional zones, total pollutant control, urban infrastructure construction and major engineering projects.
Strict environmental management and high-profile environmental law enforcement inspection should be implemented, combining key checks with regular checks, inspection with rectification, education with investigation and severely punishing those who violate environmental regulations and laws and cause serious consequences.

Abstract.
One ball-on-disc tribometer with a 10 N applied load was used to investigate CrTiAlN coatings under oil lubrication and working at 200°C.The cutting experiment proceeded in the numerical control machine and the cutting material was PCrNi3MoVA steel.
