Renovation, expansion, relocation and reconstruction are not forbidden, during the renovation of heritage buildings, it is necessary to pay attention to the authenticity of style, material and, process, strengthen protection and treatment of heritage buildings and cultural landscape, any actions that cause damage to authenticity and integrity of relics buildings environmental features should be forbidden.
Value of historical events, celebrity value and aesthetics value will become the three main points in villa tourism, and a science education station can be built to make documentaries and TV programs, thus enlarging the propaganda effect.
