The three-dimensional finite element models had been completed by ANSYS software, in which beams and columns were simulated by three nodes Timoshenko space beam element, shear wall and floor slabs were simulated by eight nodes curved shell element, sections of SRC member were defined by user, sections of SRC member are presented in Fig. 1, two-dimensional eight-node elements were used to simulate different materials section that obey the plane section assumption.

In daily operation, try to avoid turning the steering wheel to the end, because this will cause severe vibration of the steering mechanism, accelerate component damage. 3) Treatment measures for failure of tires wear: a) For pneumatic tires, tire pressure should be adjusted appropriately to avoid forklift operations in the case of underinflated or excessive; b) From the cost and effect, good quality material can be used in the front tires, and rear tires can use more general material. c) Test and maintain tires regularly, and actively replace with new tires; d) At fault statistics, there are several cases that the left front wheel with brake failure, so you can consider appropriate adjustments in load distribution ratio on both side of front-end of forklift , making tire wear and braking force evenly. 4) For other faults, an effective approach is to strengthen the daily forklift maintenance and standardize the management, to nip it in the bud and prevent security incidents due to the
