Abstract: In this paper an intelligent traffic light simulation control apparatus based on PLC and touch panel is developed.
In order to train students’ ability of PLC programming and the ability of solving problems, some new PLC experimental apparatuses are also developed, such as manipulator control systems, material sorting equipments, etc.

Abstract.
The thin layer wicking method based on wash washburn dynamic method for measuring the contact angles of powdered materials was successfully applied to all minerals, even those with irregular shapes, including nonswelling clays, dolomite, basalt, limestone, a variety of silicates, etc[2-7].
Then, the solid material is penetrated by non-spreading liquids, in which case cosθ<1.
One end of the degreasing cotton was dipped into the liquid, and the other was touched to the end of the thin layer in the starting moment of the penetration process The chambers were made of transparent PMMA materials, so the moving boundary of the ethanol liquid penetrating the thin layer is visible.
