To improve material flow of sheet metal, draw beads are used to prevent wrinkling and springback during deep drawing process.
The material properties of “S-Rail-08” are taken as follows: Young modulus E=69GPa, Poisson’s Ratio υ=0.33, Anisotropy coefficient r0 = 0.74, r45 = 0.5, r90 = 0.67, Material density ρ= 2.7×103kg.m-3, Hardening exponent n=0.205.

Calabria is featured by an excessive scarcity of separate collection, but the real problem affecting the 409 municipalities is represented by unlawful garbage dumps; in fact, 696 sites are polluted due to an amount of waste higher than 250 mc.; 240 of these sites are only used for municipal solid waste, 4 of which for special dangerous waste; 5 for big size waste; 4 for aggregates and construction materials while the rest is represented by sites for generic waste.
Intervention for the reduction of waste amount are equally important; they could use recyclable materials and, where possible, reuse and repair materials to be sent to specialized centres, which would increase satellite activities.

A large number of digital 3C products already exist, with metal materials as the shell pieces.
While performing the simulations, this study functioned with the following assumptions: (1) the upper die, lower die, and screw column are rigid bodies; (2) the materials within the titanium alloy have rigid-plastic properties; (3) the cellphone cover deformation is a result of the plane strain; and (4) the materials are isotropic and have a homogeneous property.
