The control system model of a three-dimensional elliptical vibration cutting is established, then, the crosstalk data is assumed, using the least squares method to fit the date, crosstalk compensation algorithm is obtained so that the crosstalk removal module can be designed to remove the crosstalk generated the piezoelectric movement ,the final section is the simulation-based analysis, the simulation results show that the method can meet the control requirements of the three-dimensional elliptical vibration, the crosstalk of piezoelectric movement can be removed effectively.

Nowadays, many researchers have been studying how the existing inorganic semiconductor materials to replace expensive organic semiconductor materials in electronic devices, including the study of organic solar cells.
In addition, these materials with strong absorption efficiency can also be introduced in the device structure, to use these materials absorb some of the energy of sunlight, and then to transfer it to the active material through exciton diffusion.

It was Better to simulate the artificial boundary.Change the cushion layer thickness of the same material,the settlements of the different stiffness composite foundation were also different. 3) From the calculation analysis with vibration frequency.The vibration frequency was calculated by using spring damping boundary model.The data was more close to the practical situation.
