Dynamics simulation of planar four-bar mechanism with multi-joint clearance Fig.2 shows multi-joint clearance mechanism, put all parts material for steel.The four-bar mechanism parameters are as follows: Crank=112×20×5(mm),Connectingrod=269×20×5(mm),Rocker=206×20×5(mm);k=2.51×105N/mm, Maximum damping coefficient =251N×S/m; Young's modulus E=207Gpa, Poisson's ratio =0.29. the rotation of the crank at a constant speed .1,2,3 represent clearance.

So, appropriate shape of preform[6]is very important factor for sufficient die-filling, perfect material flow, optimum utilization of the material, high quality forgings.
Then, a series of thermo-mechanically coupled simulations of the hot forming processes about the three types are performed with the commercial software Deform-2D using a rigid-plastic material law.
Workpiece material is Ti-6Al-4V alloy.

Under UV light irradiation, electrons can be excited from the valence band of TiO2 materials to conduction band, leaving photo-generated holes in the valence band [5].
