However, the highly corrosive nature, cost of construction materials, high cost of fluorine and HF and the difficulty with handling these chemicals justify an investigation into rather using ABF, which is less dangerous.

With consideration of existing rolling machine and stock, the roll diameter is
determined as 600 mm, the billet is φ 40mm (d0), material of work piece is AISI 1045.
When the stretching zone starts with both wedges, axial deformation dominates as four declining tool surfaces from double wedges stretch the work piece material, radial and axial plastic flow of the work piece material is accompanied by a circumferential component, as a result, the metal flow in the stretching zone becomes spiral in nature as the work piece rotates.

In the literature, exists papers [2], [3], which presents experiments using the solid particle jet on a composite materials to assess erosion.
After testing the surfaces there was analyzed the composition of the sand from a quantity and geometrical point of view; after that there was measured the displaced material with a roughness meter.
The material was placed under particle jet.

The material of cast steel is assumed to be perfectly elastic-plastic, the modulus of elasticity is 2.06×105N/㎜2 and yield strength is 230 N/㎜2.
The effect of material strength on bearing capacity Bearing capacity of cast steel spherical joint is tightly related to strength f.
When all material of the sphere which is located at the outer fillet behave plastically, obvious plastic deformations occur and the joint is damaged.

Honda and Fujishima [1] demonstrated the process of electrochemical photolysis of water using semiconductor TiO2 as a working anode.Since then, a large number of semiconductor materials have been employed for photoanodes, also called working anodes for hydrogen production.
All of semiconductor materials, TiO2 and modified structure TiO2 are widely used because they are highly photocatalytic, stable, abundant, and environmentally safe [2].
