Carbon fiber cloth reinforcement method introduction Carbon fiber prefabricated plate is molding composite materials which made from carbon fiber and resin.
The reinforcement measures of concrete construction that using carbon fiber plate is making the high performance carbon fiber cloth kind of material paste in the surface of building structures.
It formatied advanced composite materials, which works with existing structures, and it reinforcement and improvement of mechanical structures of existing structures [4].
Material introduction 3.1.1 Material advantage Relative to ordinary construction reinforcement materials, carbon fiber board has many advantages ① Light itight, small thickness, don't increase the substrate thickness after reinforcement ② With good flexibility, can wrap complex shape components ③ High strength, high modulus of elasticity, creep under permanent loads ④ Acid and alkali chemical corrosion, resistance to shear bending, anti-aging, high temperature resistance ⑤ Construction is convenient, do not need to use heavy machinery, limited construction space is little, short construction period ⑥pollution-free, thixotropy and solubility, which accords with green environmental protection requirements ⑦ Long storage life, long operational period ⑧ Super waterproof effect, steel corrosion inhibition, suppression of crack continues to expand 3.1.2 Technical indexes The CFP carbon fiber plate used in the reinforcement construction is made from imported carbon fiber and resin

The material to be processed is injected into the lower die and fills the chamber (Fig. 3-(a)).
This is similar to the actual material, which is carbon powder combined with phenolic resin.
In this case, the length of the upper die is too long and the material stays at the surface of the upper die.
Supposing that the material is incompressible fluid without the phase transition and the material dose not leak out from a gap except for die exit, the ideal ratio of velocity is 10.65.

Introduction The very important method of developing new materials is blending different polymers.
When we design and develop new materials, we must know the compatibility of the two components.
(b).Add the mixed materials to the Twin screw extruder, then granulate.
(c).Weigh 105 grams the granulated materials, put them into the open mill to mix the pellets into sheet form.

If both materials are connected, they can form p-n heterojunction.
A simple physical connection of the two materials showed a diode-like behavior.

Experimental Procedure The substrate material used in this study is duplex stainless steel (JIS SUS329J1).
The chemical composition of the material is shown in Table 1.
It can be seen from the figure that the higher the applied pressure, the deeper the carbon atoms diffuse into the substrate material which results in a thicker carbon layer.
