The work was started with the data collection of production and rejection report of the industry.
Current State Mapping: The production and rejection rate data was collected for three months of a particular component.
From the observed data it was found that, the product consists of around 15% as the total rejection for three months as given in Table 1.
Based on the location analysis the data was collected to know about the number of defects for eight days and given in Table 3.

The classifier assigns new test data to one of the categorical levels of the response.
This exploratory data analysis technique attempts to identify structure within the data.If there are distinct data groupings, e.g. the clases examined on the compressor rig, then a Fourier profile plot may highlight differences and so assist in distinguishing between groups (classes).
Conclusions Investigation of variable interdependencies though data clustering techniques provides a robust method for exploratory variable analysis and so facilitates reduction in the number used in establishing classifiers.

To initiate the reduction of Ag ions, the pH was adjusted to 6.5 using NaOH.
The results are in strong agreement with the UV-Vis spectroscopic data discussed in the next section.
Reduction of Ag ions takes place on addition of NaOH.
It is also possible that sucrose and protein/enzyme play a role in the reduction.
However the ingredient responsible for the reduction of the ions needs further study..

This algorithm reallocates data with respect to changing data access pattern for each fragment in which data is maintained in current site, migrated or created new replicas on remote sites depend on accessing frequency and average response time.
Thus, in a well-designed distributed database 90% of the data should be found at the local site, and only 10% of the data should be accessed on a remote site [1].
In dynamic data allocation strategy, data fragments are reallocated according to the changing data access patterns.
In this data allocation and replication policy, we assume the existence of one primary copy for each replica in the network. n data fragments are considered n master replicas.
Thus, the data placement problem is solved as follows.
